Sports performance training

Private training for athletes who want a real edge.

One athlete, one coach, two sessions a week. Your plan is written for your sport and timed to your season, so the work in the gym shows up on the field.

Coaching that fits the athlete's age.

Younger athletes are not small adults. Jared is an ISSA Youth Fitness Specialist and a father of four who coaches high school and club soccer, including as Head JV Coach at Eustis High School.

Kids learn positions, balance and control before weight goes on the bar. Sessions build confidence along with speed, and the discipline they pick up here tends to show up at school and at home too.
