Adult functional training

You don't need a season to train like it matters.

Coached strength and movement training for adults in their 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond. Private facility, small numbers and a plan that starts where you are today.

What functional means here

Strength you'll use outside the gym.

The same principles that make athletes faster make everyday life easier: move well first, then get strong in those positions.

  • Squat, hinge, push, pull and carry with good form
  • Core strength and balance
  • Mobility for stiff hips, backs and shoulders
  • Conditioning that builds, not flattens
  • Progress you can measure every four weeks

Why adults train here

A coach, a plan and no crowd.

  • 01

    It starts with an assessment

We look at how you move today, talk about old injuries and goals, and write your plan from that. Not from a template.

  • 02

    One-on-one or three at most

Train privately or with two other adults at your level. Every session is coached from the first rep to the last.

  • 03

    By appointment

Sessions are scheduled around work and family. You're not fighting for equipment at 5:30.

  • 04

    Good for your head too

Jared believes training builds confidence, lowers stress and sharpens focus. Clients tend to notice that first.

Training movements you use in real life: squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, carrying, rotating and getting up and down with control. The goal is a body that does what you ask of it.

No. You'll train in a private facility by appointment, one-on-one or with two others at your level. No crowd and no mirrors full of strangers.

Tell us about it at your assessment. Jared will build around it and adjust as you go. For anything that needs medical care, see your doctor or physical therapist first.
